Dear All,
I know a recently installed a low level WC pan for an older man
He takes a particular medication which causes his stools to be quite large and the WC pan as installed is not sufficiently taking away the waste (we understand this is likely caused by the bend in the pan waste outlet rather than the modern low flush requirements). We have followed up with several WC suppliers, all of which have suggested alternatives although they seem similar to the pan as installed and we wanted to make sure we have a suitable solution before installing another WC.
We wondered therefore whether you have ever come across this issue before? And if so, whether you would be able to point us in the direction of suitable sanitaryware and/or anyone we could speak with? Our client is not very tall so we are looking at pans of around 400mm top of pan height.
Mark
