Hi,
Just take the *.feat/mc/prefiltered_func_data_mcf.par file and then combine it with any other EVs that you have (you can use the unix command "paste" to combine such text files in an appropriate horizontal concatenation). So in this case the FD metric values can be combined to add another column. Then take the combined file and use it as the input for the "additional confound EVs".
