Hi Henry,
More than happy to talk further on this issues at the Tier 1 meeting, however after a little investigation I feel I should draw attention to the time-line for that ticket (GGUS# 135308).
24/5/2018 09:09 - Ticket GGUS#135308 was created by yourself. Assigned to TPM.
24/5/2018 09:21 - Ticket assigned to DMSU by Jan Prochazka
24/5/2018 13:58 - Ticket assigned to NGI_UK by Zdenek Salvet
25/5/2018 15:52 - The ticket site was changed to RAL-LCG2 by Matt Doidge. This is the first point since the creation of the ticket that Tier-1 would have had any 'eyes-on'.
25/5/2018 16:53 (BST) - Ticket created on the Tier-1 Helpdesk and Dashboard.
25/5/2018 16:53 (BST) - This is the first time that the Admin on Duty could have seen this ticket.
This is the Friday before the Bank Holiday so the On-Call took over between 16:30 and 17:00. At this point it should be noted that the On-Call only deals with GGUS ALARM tickets over a weekend/Bank Holiday and thus we would have neither checked for this ticket or acted upon it.
28/5/2018 06:03 - The ticket is picked up by the AoD early Monday morning and assigned to the correct team for investigation.
On that basis, although the ticket was created Thursday morning, at best case Tier-1 would have only seen it at the earliest late Friday afternoon. In this instance the AoD processed the ticket at the first available opportunity.
Thanks
D.

To be fair, Zdenek is quoting Darren's reply in my ticket - 135308 - and I was the one still using lcg-* ...
Though I didn't get gfal-copy working flawlessly either.
I guess this is also the sort of thing that we have the Tier1 Liaison meetings for, especially if we pay attention in them!
I'm separately concerned that I put in a "top priority" ticket after 9 on a Thursday morning, yet it barely reached the site by clocking-off time on the Friday.
Thanks
Henry
