As part of the Clinical Research Priority Program (CRPP) “Synapse &
Trauma” our research consortium aims to investigate the molecular basis
of adverse experience and identify possible treatments for clinical
interventions. We are currently recruiting 5 PhD or MD/PhD students to
start on 01. January 2019 at University of Zurich. As part of this CRPP,
students will be co-supervised between a clinician and a neurobiologist.
The students will attend joint lab meetings, seminars and Journal club
discussions between the labs based in the Department of Psychiatry
(Campus Lengg) and Institute of Pharmacology and Toxicology (Campus
Irchel).
PhD projects include clinical, cognitive, cellular and molecular
neuroscience. 2 positions are shared between animal/human work. All
positions offer unique training opportunities.
See http://bachlab.org/synapse-trauma for project descriptions and
information on how to apply.
