Dear non-UK EU citizens,
Almost exactly two years after the Brexit referendum, this master’s dissertation project is investigating if the academic library sector in the UK could be in danger of experiencing a loss of non-UK EU workforce and become less diverse, as a result of migration caused by Brexit.
This study is inviting academic librarians with non-UK EU nationality working in the UK, as well as non-UK EU students studying in the UK, who aspire to work in the field.
It is a mixed methods study, encompassing an online questionnaire as well as follow-up interviews. You are welcome to only participate in the questionnaire if you wish. However, if you are interested to take part in a follow-up interview as well, you can declare your interest at the end of the questionnaire. Filling out the questionnaire will take 10 to 20 minutes, depending on how much you wish to write. Participation is voluntary and you can withdraw from the study at any point.

The questionnaire will be open for responses until Tuesday 10th July.
