Hello,
I have results from the standard FSL TBSS pipeline. I would like to regress out the effects of sex, age, and 2 motion values from the skeletonised data so that I can enter the voxel-wise values into a machine learning algorithm.
I plan to use the following command and format for the design.mat file (demeaned all covariates). There are two groups in the sample, but I want to residualize the effects across the sample without regards to group membership.
Does this look correct?
Thanks,
Amanda
fsl_glm -m mean_FA_skeleton_mask -i all_FA_skeletonised -d design_with_nuisance2.mat --out_res=all_skeletonsided_resid
