Dear Archives hive-mind
The London Borough of Hackney is currently in the process of moving away from Microsoft office into Google suite. This presents the Hackney Archives service with the potential of new tools for daily procedures.
I am particularly interested in hearing from services that already use Google tools to support enquiries, the process of registering users or the remote request of Archives to view ( collaborative mail box and Google forms).
Or do you use a bespoke or off the shelf product that helps staff deliver these processes in a move efficient manner, would they be products worth investing in?
