Before going any further, you need to understand how to setup these mixed-design models using the Flexible Factorial module and not the Full Factorial module. Have a look at my preprint to try and understand what you need to do: https://psyarxiv.com/a5469. You’ll need 2 models, a Flexible Factorial to look at the within and within x between effects, and then a two-sample t-test model to look at the between subject effect. The Flexible Factorial must also contain the subjects as a factor.
