We're planning on switching most kit this summer.
We've tested unattended with the Dell BIOS setup DCCU tool:
Reboot
Legacy PXE to temp Linux env
set BIOS & set to PXE on next boot
Reboot
UEFI PXE and drop image
(rename etc comes from a static DHCP<>name DB).
Zenworks and ENGL, (not SCCM)
