Dear JLH,
the cat_surf_results tools is mainly thought to display results that should be already resampled. It is not possible to display the native thickness values for both hemispheres merged. The only direct way to display the merged values is to use the resampled thickness values and use the merge-option that results in a file beginning with "mesh."
