Hi
I'm not sure if this question has been asked before so apologies if I'm going over old ground.
We have just had our first SAR today (I think). It is from a past employee asking for emails from his inbox about his personal car insurance policy. As they were using the company email for their own personal communications it doesn't seem to be 'personal data' which the company is responsible for processing in the normal sense on first thought.
We are in a position to respond just as a courtesy but I am curious to see what the views are in terms of whether this actually would be considered a SAR.
Many thanks
Leilani
