Dear Colleagues,
It is just over a week until the inaugural MEDIA JOURNEYS symposium, which will be held next Thursday, 24 May 2018, at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, UK.
This FREE symposium will explore the international and global journeys taken by animated texts. We will discuss the transnational production of animation, its legal and clandestine distribution, and its transcultural lives between and across national and linguistic consumption contexts. Our speakers will discuss the transnational lives of some of the world's most popular animation, from Miyazaki to Disney. All are welcome.
