Subject: [MCG] Recommendations? AV/interactive/digital media producers
Hi MCGers,
I've just done a couple of fruitless searches on here and wondered if you could help! I'm working with a museum who's about to tender for some gallery AV content, and off the back of that I realised I'm in need a list of decent companies making great work for museums at the moment.
Back from maternity leave and feeling a little out of the loop! So, any suggestions for companies out there (anywhere in UK) who are producing and installing high quality gallery content? Worked with someone good you'd like to recommend? Any of the following would be marvellous...
- Museum friendly film makers (companies or freelancers)
- Companies that produce audio or visuals for gallery exhibition tours / gallery content
- Digital / computer minded people that can help configure DIY kit or tweak installations around pre-existing content
- Games designers who are interested in working with museums
- Any other brilliant minds that you think are worth a mention!
I get Chris Unitt's email every week which often showcases some of this stuff, but nothing beats a real world recommendation. Thanks in advance for any suggestions on or off-list.
Cheers,
Sarah
