This question was posed some time ago in 2009, but we were hoping there have been some updates since that address the following issue:
We're having some difficulty using BET on functional data (the structural data is handled well by BET) in an adolescent sample. Running BET from the command line with the robust (-R) option has been the most successful, but we want to generate a 4D file as well (-F). Is there a way to combine two mutually exclusive BET options?
Any help is appreciated!
