After successfully extracting particles from movie stacks, Movie Refine crashed without writing the data.star file.
I tried switching to different versions of Relion and continuing the job, but I get the output:
Output STAR file(s) MovieRefine/job110/micrographs_Stk_list.star already exists. Skipping extraction
Running CPU instructions in double precision.
Reading in pre-expanded data model for movie frames...
then the error:
There are no images read in: please check your input file...
I found a post with a similar problem on this list from 2016 and the response said that although 1.4 couldn't, Relion 2.0 would have the ability to just make a data.star file for the particles without re-doing the extraction.
Is that the case? If so, how do I do it?
thanks,
