Hi Paul,
Yes - the plan is the next version of CCP-EM have LocScale and will contain all required dependancies. We are just testing this now and should be ready soon (next week or so). We will announce this on the mailing list when ready.
HTH,
Tom

Subject: [ccpem] LocScale?
Hello ccpem,
What is CCPEM's intentions with regard to LocScale?
I've just spent the afternoon trying to install the dependencies of
LocScale (fftw, gsl, phenix, eman2, cmake, python, pip, mpi4py, conda)
and am still unsuccessful. I am not sure what else I will discover that
I need. I don't want to be doing this - I want someone else to have
solved the problem for me and have made a package. I wonder if the
dependencies are redistributable by CCPEM and whether they will make the
installation of LocScale 'just work'?
Thanks,
Paul.
