We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate to support the HERC economic research portfolio of economic evaluations in the areas of cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke, mental health and musculoskeletal disorders. You will undertake a comprehensive economic evaluation, collect, interpret and analyse data and contribute to publications and presentations. The successful candidate will be supported to consolidate and further develop their research and analytic skills.
To be considered for this post you will have a strong graduate and postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. statistics, mathematics, economics, epidemiology or other quantitative discipline) or equivalent relevant experience. You will also have research experience in economic analysis and strong data analysis and programming skills.

We are looking for a suitably experienced candidate to support the HERC economic research portfolio of economic evaluations in the areas of cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke, mental health and musculoskeletal disorders. You will lead and plan the day-to-day running of research projects, developing new research methodologies, reporting on progress and presenting work by means of presentations and peer-reviewed publications.
To be considered for this post you will have a strong graduate and/or postgraduate qualification (a PhD/DPhil or equivalent experience) in health economics, economics, statistics, mathematics, epidemiology or other quantitative discipline as well as a proven track record of previous research in a relevant field. You will also have strong analytical and data analysis skills in Stata, R or a similar package and an established reputation and peer review publication record.
