The annual Young Statisticians' Meeting (YSM) will be held in the beautiful city of Oxford on 30-31 July 2018.
It is an excellent opportunity for young statisticians from different areas to meet and discuss ideas in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Anyone in the first 10 years of their statistical career or currently studying for a PhD, MSc or BSc in statistics or a subject with statistical content are welcome. All delegates are strongly encouraged to present a talk or poster, and prizes will be given for the best presentations. There will be a varied social programme including a formal dinner at Nuffield College, and plenary lectures from eminent statisticians:
Professor Denise Lievesley
Professor Sir David Cox
Professor Philip Dawid
Professor Jane Hutton
Sir Andrew Dilnot
Registrations and abstract submission are open for two more weeks, until 31st May 2018. More details and to register: https://bit.ly/YSM2018
