Dear Peter,
I want to do a PEB analysis for fMRI data. When I want to run spm_dcm_peb.m I receive an error "Undefined function or variable 'pC'." which I found other users have got the same error, but your solution didn't work in my case. You can find the GCM file I got from 'spm_dcm_bmr.m' here (https://www.dropbox.com/s/1snhe4rzna0n1oh/GCM_imi_block_full.mat?dl=0). I have 3 ROI and 67 subjects. I did the estimation for my full model and want to find the best model. I also have problem with interpreting the figures are created with these functions, however I have read your paper and wiki page you wrote, still have some problem with what exactly each figure shows! I also used the same M as in the wiki page.
M = struct();
M.alpha = 1;
M.beta = 16;
M.hE = 0;
M.hC = 1/16;
M.Q = 'single';
N=67; %Number of subjects
% Specify design matrix for N subjects. It should start with a constant column
M.X = ones(N,1);
% Choose field
field = {'A','B'};
It is also good if you put online at least one practical example about PEB analysis with empirical data. Thank so much in advance for you help.
Best regards,
Sadjad
