Dear users,
I'm a first-time SPM user - SPM 12 in Matlab 2015 version. I have a question about something seemingly strange in my statistical images.
Because of failed attempts to run ROI analyses for amygdala peak coordinates (error messages that seem to signify that the region is not on the image), I discovered that my statistical images simply do not cover some very interesting basal structures in the brain:
There are 'holes' of varying sizes surrounding the ventricles in the (beta and contrast) images formed after individual level analyses, which aggregate to an even bigger 'void' in the images after group analyses (over 40 subjects).
My raw images look ok, and the functional images after preprocessing still look fine as well (swaf_.nii).
Does anyone recognize this problem, and perhaps have tips on where to look for mistakes I might have made?
Many thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Loren
