Dear Raph
I can't answer your question - but I will make four suggestions:
- Make sure SPM is on your Matlab path
- It is much easier for us to give you support if you use the latest version SPM. Unless there's a good reason to use SPM8, I recommend using SPM12 for your DCM analysis.
- In general, you should consider your scripts part of your publication, otherwise your results are not reproducible. Using scripts which you are not allowed to share is not a good idea.
- Beware of inherited scripts - they're not necessarily right, even if they date back to 2008!
Best

Subject: [SPM] DCM estimate script
Dear All,
I have inherited a helpful script for estimating multiple specified DCM models at once. I won't post the full script out of respect to the person who gave it to me, but I am running into the following error:
Undefined function 'spm_dcm_priors' for input arguments of type 'double'.
I've determined this is due to the script having been created for a version of SPM I don't use (I use SPM8, the script seems to be from 2008). I am posting on the off-chance that someone knows which function names are different between versions, so I can more easily adapt my script?
Kind regards,
Raph
