Hi Arkadiy,
You are correct— hitting set origin -> then the reorient button saves the new origin. You can check that it saved the new origin at the AC by reopening one of the images you already fixed and clicking “origin.”

I am attempting to reorient the brains by moving crosshairs to the AC point, hitting the set origin and then reorient button. My question is how do I save the new orientation? If I have to redo this for a few more brains as part of the longitudinal processing, does hitting “set origin”, then “reorient”, hen closing the window and redoing the same for another brain automatically gets saved? Or is there another way to save the new orientation.
