We are rolling out a records management project within our local government, and as part of the project we are looking at mystery shopping. In this mystery shop, we are looking to examine techniques of best practice and the reality of the systems already in place for records management.
Does anyone within this circulation list have experience with mystery shopping within a records management framework? Is there anything you would consider if you were to carry out a mystery shop that we may not have thought of?
