Dear FSL experts,
I have recently installed and tested PALM, which I found a very useful and versatile tool for our analysis. Currently, I am using PALM to perform group comparisons using surface Freesurfer's data.
I have read from the help, that it is possible to include a mask to restrict the statistical tests. My main question is: is it possible to use a 4-D mask in order to restrict which subjects are used per vertex? Since I am working with diffusion data in surface, due to too aggressive brain skullstriping, slight registration errors or simply too small FOV during the acquisition, for some subjects, some regions does not have data (ie 0 value). Thus, I would like to restrict the analysis (and the permutations) for a subsample of subjects per vertex.
I know this can be done using randomise (https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind1509&L=FSL&P=R46479&1=FSL&9=A&J=on&d=No+Match%3BMatch%3BMatches&z=4) and also with Freesurfer's mri_glmfit ([log in to unmask])" target="_blank">https:[log in to unmask]), and I was wondering if this option is also available for PALM.
Thank you in advance for you help!
Bests,
Victor M.
