Dear experts,
I’m running a PALM analysis and I’ve been having trouble with finishing the task finishing. The permutations are generated and shuffled, but when attempting to save the p-values, I get an error "Unable to perform assignment because the size of the left side is 1-by-1 and the size of the right side is 0-by-1." Here’s a snippet of the output when it ends:
[…]
99.9% [Design 1/1, Contrast 5/5, Shuffling 498/500, Modality 1/1]
100% [Design 1/1, Contrast 5/5, Shuffling 499/500, Modality 1/1]
100% [Design 1/1, Contrast 5/5, Shuffling 500/500, Modality 1/1]
Elapsed time with permutations: ~ 15794.8 seconds.
Computing p-values.
Saving p-values (uncorrected, and corrected within modality and within contrast).
Unable to perform assignment because the size of the left side is 1-by-1 and the size of the right side is 0-by-1.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I get this both on palm-alpha109 and palm-alpha111 on MATLAB9.4 (R2018a); my analysis is on WU-Minn/HCP data using exchangeability blocks with some faster inference settings (my complete input is below).
Thanks,
Wilson
