Hello all,
I've not used fugue before, but I'm sure it shouldn't take >4 hours to unwarp one image.
FSL5.0, FEAT 6.0, Ubuntu 14.04, 32GB RAM
EPI data (TR=2.4, TE=40ms, FA=75, 3x3x3mm, 36 slices, 124 volumes) from a Phillips 3T Achieva
BO fieldmap images acquired in the same orientation. these are exported as DICOMs and dcm2nii gives a single magnitude and phase image per fieldmap
following the advice on the FSL wiki, I have BET'd the mag image, and re-scaled, unwrapped, and converted the phase image to rad/sec (values in the final phase image are in the range of 0~8000 rad/s)
based on a number of parameters found in the header file of the B0 images and the sequence documentation (TE difference=2.6ms; EPI spacing=0.603ms), and using the FEAT GUI, fugue seems to start but then hangs. and hangs some more.
same trouble with same data experienced on a different computer.
any advice for where to start fixing this would be very greatly appreciated
many thanks
Nick
