I hope you enjoyed the long weekend.
We've been looking at our processes around reference requests and specifically what levels of detail should be included with them and what information is required. Ideally we would like to standardise and simplify the process.
Is this something you've addressed within your organisation and, if so, who were the key stakeholders you consulted with? Did you find any specific guidance from any PSRBs at all, as my team haven't managed to come across anything thus far.
