Hi David,
Well, something went wrong during non-sphericity estimation. Have a look
at xVi.Cy; I would assume it already contains NaN/Inf (if not send me
the content of the SPM variable so that I can call ReML myself). If so
then you need to give us more details about your data (eg resting
state?) and the model you specified (eg did you change the masking
threshold?).
