> ·       Participants that select to present in a special session are required to submit an extended abstract (1,200-2,000 words) or a full (draft) paper by February 28th 2018 through the Congress website. The session organizers will review the submissions for inclusion them in the special session. A decision will be made by March 23rd, 2018. If a submission is not accepted for inclusion, the participant will be accepted to another Refereed Session or an Ordinary Session of the Congress.

> ·       Registration for the congress including a full (draft) paper for all participants in special sessions is required by June 9th 2018.
