Dear colleagues,
I'd like to invite you to the launch of my new book 'Migrant
architects of the NHS: South Asian doctors and the reinvention of
British general practice (1940s-1980s)' which is published by
Manchester University Press.
The event will take place on April 25 from 6-8 PM at the Royal College
of General Practitioners in Euston, Central London. It will also mark
the launch of an exhibition around my work hosted by the Royal
College. Discounted copies of the book will be available on the day.
Full details are in the attached invitation. As you'll see the event
is free but registration is essential. Do pass this on to anyone you
think would be interested.
I hope to see some of you there.
Best wishes,
Julian
