Dear Pierre-Damien,
The class assignments in the data.star file are based on the maximum of
the probability distribution over all classes and orientations. The
rlnClassDistribution in the model.star file is the integrated
probability for that class. Only in the case of delta-functions for the
probability distributions will these two be the same.
HTH,
Sjors
