Hi Amir,
This looks like missing shader support, which is unexpected on modern Mac hardware. Can you try to set the "use_shaders" setting?
PyMOL> set use_shaders, 1
If this fixes it, then please check your ~/.pymolrc file if the use_shaders setting is wrongly disabled there (File > Edit pymolrc).
