Dear Experts,
I have seen in some publications that group probabilistic tractograms are usually performed by adding every subject map and apply a given threshold using fslmaths. Is this the only way to do that?
Would it be possible to use randomise with a one sample t test and -T option to generate those group probabilistic tractograms?
If possible, What would be the difference between the two ways?
Thank you
Josue
