Dear Feng,
The relevant piece of code is at the end of spm_results_ui.m and looks
like this:
so = slover;
so.img.vol = spm_vol(fullfile(spm('Dir'),'canonical','single_subj_T1.nii'));
so.img.prop = 1;
so = add_spm(so, xSPM);
so.transform = 'axial';
so = fill_defaults(so);
so.slices = -51:3:84;
so.figure = spm_figure('GetWin', 'SliceOverlay');
so = paint(so);
spm_print('',so.figure);
This is something you could run after a Result Report job, in a loop. I
have now added montage as an option for this module, which will be
available in the next set of updates for SPM12.
Best regards,
Guillaume.
