Dear FSL Experts,
I am working with some multishell DWI data and would like to use topup for distortion correction. We have acquired 80 directions in both AP and PA orientation (one b=0 for both acquisitions). If I want to calculate the field using topup putting in all 80+80 data, it takes forever (order of days) to finish running! Is there anyway I can speed up the computation...or perhaps I am doing something incorrectly? What would be the best way to do distortion correction for full AP/PA dataset? Thank you very much in advance for your help and advice!
My call to topup was:
topup --imain=all_160_vols --datain=all_160_phase_encoding_directions --out=corrected_results -v
which resulted in (after a few days):
