Hi Iris,
the —network option in probtrackx expects a list of seed masks. It will then calculate and return in a text file the connectivity matrix between each pair of seed masks you have specified.
If you are interested in tracking from an individual seed mask through a waypoint mask and stopping at the termination mask, then you don’t need to specify the —network option when running probtrackx.
