Hello,
Apologies if this question has been asked before...I went back in the archives and found a couple relevant posts, but they were from nearly a decade ago. I want to make sure nothing has changed with any updates to FSL and TBSS since then.
I am processing data from a longitudinal intervention study of older adults with two groups (experimental and control) and two timepoints (pre- and post-intervention). The older adults are between 65-85 years of age and are cognitively healthy (no dementia, neurological diseases, etc.).
During registration in TBSS (tbss_2_reg), what is the best template to use? The standard FMRIB58_FA image (-T flag) or a study specific image (-n flag)? And if I use a study specific image, should I include only pre-intervention images as candidates for the template or let TBSS choose the most representative image from both pre-intervention and post-intervention images?
Thank you!
Catherine
