Dear Bex
Thank you for your work on workload balance in the UK HEs. I think that it is a very important study.
I have completed the survey and look forward to a summary of your findings.

Subject: Workload management in higher education - your views?
Hello fellow Aurorans!
I took part in the 2016 Aurora programme and some of you were kind enough to help me with a pilot study about workload management practices in UK HE institutions. We are now carrying out our main study and I am turning to you for help again!
The research we are doing is about the implementation of workload management practices and the impact on academic staff wellbeing and attitudes. The study involves a short (5-10 minute) survey and a follow up in a month. To say 'thank you' we are offering all participants the opportunity to enter a prize draw for one of five £100 gift vouchers, and after the follow-up survey we will also offer a summary of our findings.
I am very keen that we get a good representation of voices in our survey and as many of you represent a great cross-section of academic disciplines in the UK I would be enormously grateful if you could help.

Please do share with your colleagues, too - the more the merrier!
Thank you and here's wishing you a happy and productive 2018.
Best wishes,
Bex
