Hi FSL Experts,
I’m processing a set of clinical fMRI scans with FSL and am running into a couple of obstacles with the upper-level Feat analysis. My scans contain a large amount of variability in coverage from patient to patient, and as a result, my group-level statistical maps are only including areas of the brain that are common to every patient within the lower-level scans. Is there any way to dial down the threshold used to create these statistical maps so that rather than looking at data points where every patient contains data, I can create statistical maps in all locations where more than a certain percentage of subjects contain data?
As a potential work around, I've replaced the lower-level masks within the reg_standard directory from Feat with a less stringent mask, and then processed the scans at a group level, but my resulting statistical maps only covered marginally more area.
Thanks,
Maria
