Thank you very much! Following your suggestions:
1) I change NaN to -99 for missing information;
2) There are two subjects with missing information, so I create two columns - EV4, EV5 - to exclude each two subjects separately.
3) F-test only contains two contrasts
Could you help me take another look if the following is correct?
This is a between-subject design (every subject has one image), so I don’t need option -e design.grp, right?
