Hello,
Assuming all your design files are now in the right place, then if you cd to the stats directory and run:
${FSLDIR}/bin/fsl_sub -T 15 -N fslvbm3b -j $fslvbm3a_id ./fslvbm3b
then the randomise section of fslvbm_3_proc should be run.
The -D option should be used in cases where the group-mean is not modelled in the design.
