Hi all,
I need to run the "eddy" command on a large dataset so it takes days to run it on one CPU. That's why I would like to parallelize the process on the several CPUs available (as I don't have GPUs). I read on FSL EDDY help page that "eddy_openmp" was the command to use. I went here (https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/patches/eddy-patch-fsl-5.0.9/MacOsx10.9/) to download the executable to the $FSLDIR/bin directory, I ran it (just "eddy_openmp") but I got the following error message:
dyld: Library not loaded: /opt/local/lib/libgcc/libgomp.1.dylib
Referenced from: /usr/local/fsl/bin/eddy_openmp
Reason: image not found
Abort trap: 6
According to this post (https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=FSL;3c162432.1608), it seems that it is an OS version issue... Could someone help me to make this command running on my OS (Mac OS 10.13.2) please?
Thank you very much in advance!
Best wishes,
Simon
