Hi
Hull City Council have just had their local plan accepted with private housing having to provide 25% M4-2 and if social housing 50%. Everything else M4-1, nothing on M4-3.
Regards

Hi All,
I'm trying to get a rich picture of which Local Authorities (outside of London) have made real progress through their core strategies, supplementary planning policies, preferred partnership arrangements etc... which is/will result in housing being built to Cat2 and Cat 3 standards.
Any leads/organisations to contact, I'd be grateful.
Cheers
