Hi Nino,
the problem is caused by GAIA sending non-standard HTTP headers to the
CDS. Previously this was acceptable, but that format is now seen as a
possible security issue, if very interested see:
http://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2016-8743
(simply Skycat was using \n as a newline when \r\n is strictly required in
the HTTP standards).
I've fixed this problem, but getting a fix out will require some help from
the EAO, who are now providing the releases of GAIA/Starlink. In the
meanwhile all I can suggest is that you try out the VO services. USNO B1
is available, and working, in those.
Thanks for alerting us to this issue,
Peter.
