Dear List,
I have a block design experiment, and after estimation I find unusually
high beta values in the range of about +/-20. If I convert these values
to percent signal change I also get high values around +/-15 which is a
really high percent signal change value.
The design matrix contains the conditions, the realignment parameters,
the fourier expansion of the cardiac signal and outliers from the Art
toolbox.
Are such high beta and psc values something to worry about? I've also
attached a text file of the design which you can load into the batch
window in SPM. It's zipped so that it won't exceed size limits of the list.
Regards,
Glad
