Hi,FSL users
I got some z-score spatial map from MATLAB ICA analysis.
I want to use JHU white matter tract mask which made by FSLview.
First, I used command "flirt -in mask.nii -ref target.nii -applyxfm -out tract_mask" to adjust resolution and FOV.
Than,used "fslmaths tract_mask -thr 0.9 -bin binary_mask"
and I found something go wrong. My mask file looks strange,it shift to left.
It seems to me that FOV problem makes this situation.
The bounding box of my spatial map is [-100 -130 -80 , 100 100 110] changed from [-90 -126 -72;90 90 108] in preprocessing steps
After FLIRT my mask's bounding box is [-90 -126 -72;110 104 118] same size but wrong ranges.
Can some one help me to fix it..?
Best wishes,
Yang, M. H.
