One notable change in Urban Africa is the exponential growth of
vehicle population that has resulted into traffic gridlocks. Roads
infrastructure is not improving quickly enough to absorb huge vehicle
population.
How can Big Data combined with cartography /remote sensing shape
parking and urban traffic in urban Uganda or East Africa? How can
mobile abled networks (GSM/GPS) demobilise traffic jams?
Has this been tried anywhere? Do you wish to try it out in Uganda
Towns and Cities - get in touch.
