*One week to book*
Received funding for a museum or heritage project? Want to pick up some useful tips for managing your funded project, and network with those that have delivered successful projects? This workshop is for you!
This workshop will consider the museum project funding process, the management skills needed, and the steps involved in turning an inspirational project idea into reality. Through presentations by speakers from funding bodies, consultancies and museums, this workshop aims to identify the practical steps within the museum project funding management process based upon past and current experiences.
Building on the success of the recent Entrepreneurship in Cultural Heritage workshop, the day will provide a space for museum professionals, volunteers, early career researchers and emerging professionals to discuss the day’s theme, network and identify opportunities for future collaboration, including placements.

Starting a project
