Dear Helmut,
there is no option to save the flow fields for shooting in CAT12. We rather tried to prevent that to have deformation fields for both Dartel as well as Shooting which makes many steps easier for the use.
However, CAT12 will be not that good in segmenting EPI images. Here, SPM12 will result in better segmentations because of the use of tissue priors.
