Cyril & all,
Here's what I did, and worked for me.
I derived AAL binary masks from WFU_PickAtlas, coregistered them with
my inputs (double checked in MRIcroGL or SPM/CheckReg), and lastly,
using Easy_volume extracted the volumes of ROIs.
